Christmas 2006 was one of MawMaw’s best Christmas ever; family, friends, food and fun and the Cajun’s joi de vie. One of the best gifts of love and food she received were cookies that were homemade from one of MawMaw’s best friends, Miss Veronica. Her friends call her Miss Vee.
These cookies were some of the best MawMaw ever ate(and Maw Maw loves to eat). Miss Vee said to make sure to tell everyone that the recipe is on the Crisco sticks product marker; however Miss Vee did add a cup of chopped pecans to the recipe.
